SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 451(RLS) "An Act relating to                                           
construction, rehabilitation, and improvement of schools and                                        
education-related facilities; relating to municipal bond reimbursement                              
for school construction; and providing for an effective date" was read

Senator Torgerson moved that the bill be returned to second reading                                 
for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No.
